No mixing required. Wash hair with your favourite John Frieda Shampoo. Then, use a walnut-sized amount of the Salon Blonde Toner. That’s a perfect amount for shoulder length hair, but you can adjust for your individual length and thickness. Work the blonde toner into your wet hair and leave in for 2-5 minutes. Effect varies by leave-in time and hair structure. Use as needed – ideally after every 2-3 washes, alternating with your regular John Frieda Conditioner. Rinse thoroughly and enjoy your refreshed blonde hair tones.
