You can apply the Lift System Clay Crème on either damp hair or dry hair, however you will find that the product will be a little easier to control and spread on damp hair. Apply to damp hair if you would like an all over lifting effect. If you would rather have a more targeted effect in certain areas of your hair, try applying the Clay Crème to dry hair.
