On soaking wet hair, apply Frizz Ease Original 6 Effects Serum from mid lengths to tips.
Blow dry hair till it’s completely dry.
Tie all of your hair into a topknot, leaving the bottom section loose. Separate a small section of hair and spray with a Flex Hold Hairspray.
Using a 1-inch clipless curling iron/tong, wrap each section around the tong in the same direction. Note that if you do not have a clipless curling iron you can also use a traditional curling iron/tong- just hold the clip open and use the barrel to style to avoid any crimps in the hair.
STYLIST TIP: Be sure to spray each section of hair with the Flex Hold Hairspray before curling to help create longevity in the style
Next, take another layer of hair down from the topknot and curl/tong each section the opposite way. Repeat, changing directions for each layer.STYLIST TIP: When holding your curling iron/tong, for sections along your hair line, angle the iron away from your face. On inner sections, work forward, down towards the face and at an angle.
When finished curling your hair, run fingers through to break up the curl and create more texture. Spritz hair with the Dream Curls Styling Spray to create a little more tousled texture.

Starting with wet hair, build texture and fullness with the Perfectly Full Volumizing Mousse or the Fine to Full Blow-Out Spray. Also apply the Thermal Protection Serum to protect strands from heat.
Blow-dry by creating lift at the roots and smoothness to the ends.
STYLIST TIP: Blow dry at low speed and high heat. Faster speed can cause stickiness and frizz.
Starting with hair closet to your face, take a piece of hair about a half -inch thick or more and curl with a 1-inch curling iron. Start curling the hair half way down the shaft tip pointing down. Repeat this all over.
STYLIST TIP: For shorter to medium length hair wrap your hair TWICE around the barrel. If you have longer hair, you may need to do this 4 or 5 times. The goal is to leave about 2 inches of hair from both the top and bottom always making sure to curl away from the face.
STYLIST TIP: To add more interest and edge-change where you start the curls on some pieces of hair. For example, start the curls 2 inches down on some pieces and approx.. 1 or 3 inches down on others. Don’t worry about curling every single piece of hair. Leaving some pieces uncurled adds texture and interest!.
When finished, gently run your hands (or a brush) through your curls to loosen and separate.
After you have smoothed out the curls using your hands or a brush, you need to straighten and smooth the ends with a flat iron. Gently, run the straightener down the pieces at the end of the curls.
STYLIST TIP: This is where you can get creative, creating straighter pieces and edgier pieces throughout.
