The terms and conditions below are essential to your participation in the John Frieda® Collection See for Yourself Salon Tour. By requesting to participate in a John Frieda® Collection See for Yourself Salon Tour appointment, you agree to the following:

The numbers of appointments are limited.

One appointment per participant.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Appointment times are not guaranteed. Traffic at this salon will be similar to traffic at any other salon. Appointments are scheduled for one half hour each; however, we cannot guarantee that the schedule will be strictly held. As the schedule is adjusted during the day, appointments may be delayed or shortened as needed.

It is important that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and report to Check-in. At Check-in, you will establish your identity, take a "before" picture and complete certain documents including a photo release and personal injury release.

An appointment is non-transferrable. Our schedule does not allow your appointment to be taken by someone else, only to have you arrive expecting that appointment also. So, please bring identification.

We cannot hold appointments for participants who arrive more than ten (10) minutes late.

An appointment on one date may not be exchanged for an appointment on another date.

Times and locations of the appointments are subject to change. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as possible in the event of a change in time or location.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KAO BRANDS COMPANY, ANY AFFILIATE OF KAO BRANDS COMPANY, OR ANY STYLIST OR OTHERS AFFILIATED WITH THE JOHN FRIEDA® COLLECTION SEE FOR YOURSELF SALON TOUR, HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWSOEVER CAUSED OR ARISING (INCLUDING CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE).

The John Frieda® Collection See for Yourself Salon Tour is sponsored by Kao Brands Company. By making an appointment you give permission for Kao Brands Company, its direct or indirect parent or subsidiaries or affiliates, the stylists and others affiliated with the tour, to provide such hair treatments, product applications and designs as they deem suitable, and your agree to HOLD THEM HARMLESS AND BEYOND LEGAL RECOURSE for any injury, dissatisfaction and/or adverse reaction to said products and services, now and forevermore. This waiver of rights is given freely by you as an essential element in order for you to receive the services of the John Frieda® Collection See for Yourself Salon Tour.
