I bought this conditioner on a whim after having little luck with a number of different brands. I was amazed at the difference in my hair after the first use. It was noticeably smoother, softer, fuller, and healthier looking. I have fine, color-treated hair that I thought was irreparably damaged by the blow dryer. This conditioner can't turn fine hair into thick hair, but it can give it a boost so that it looks fuller and healthier. I didn't buy the shampoo, but that's next on my list.
